T bone impact Repair
Structural repair on this Sealine 48, we created a mold to get the shape, replaced the bulsa core and restored the boat to its factory specifications for lasting strength and an invisible repair.
Stress Crazing/ fractures
Stress fractures ran through both the grey and white Gelcoat on this boats bow, to do the repair and keep the lines flat with no lip or edge we used a technique called reverse masking which enables you to sand it all in together creating a fully flat finnish.
Bow damage Repair
A localised hole on this boats bow, inside outside laminating and an invisible finnish to get this boat back out sailing a couple of days after the impact.
Transom repair
A big knock on the transom left the back end of this yacht full of delamination and stress fractures. We ground the inside to an inch of its life, fibreglassed the inside to original strength, then from the outside ground back to the new glass, Overlaminated, faired it in & finnished in Gelcoat for a strong & invisible finnish.
Pre sale tidy up
This owner wanted us to go round and mark up any visible cosmetic damage, we then discussed what he would like done out of the list and time frames so that the boat was in tip top condition pre sale.
